In this healing space, you learn how to energetically protect yourself and how to cleanse your energy bodies body, mind and spirit. You do not need to have any previous experience and this is a wonderful opportunity for you to raise your vibrations and really get to know how your body feels and how you can keep your energy in the frequency you want, including learning not to carry another energy with you.
No previous experience necessary however an interest in Angels and higher frequency guides is needed. You will connect in with the Angels & Spirit Guides more deeply than you have before through the vibrations, meditations and practices throughout. This is a self-healing journey as much as a learning workshop on the energies. You will come into deep communion with your soul and with higher vibrational energies to bring healing, support and protection. Remembering and activating parts of your energy field that is ready now to walk with these higher frequency energies as part of your day to day living whilst living grounded. You will learn how to protect yourself, your home and spaces you will be in. You will understand at a much deeper level how to feel and know how your energy feels, and what is not! And how to do these for yourself at home which is where the real magic happens.

What happens in a Healing Workshop:
A healing workshop invites in both your light and shadow into space. You explore what you are grateful for in your life and an intention of any issue / concern / challenge / goal that you are working on, that needs some healing to occur so that you can receive in what you want and what your soul is yearning for. This is conscious healing that helps you to heal your subconscious ( shadow / fears / ego) that holds limiting beliefs that may be stopping you from moving forward. THE ENERGY TRANSFORMS HERE IN HEALING SPACE.
We work with your energy bodies and field and with higher spiritual energies like the angels, ascended masters, goddess energies, nature help you to clear what is blocking you, keeping you stagnant or stuck and unable to move forward well. It is normally the case that until the energy is cleared, cleansed or transmuted many people can find it difficult to heal or feel as well / happy / content / successful etc as they'd like to because that energy stops them.
HERE YOU CAN BE YOUR OWN HEALER.
When you're called to healing like this it is because your soul is leading you to. Your soul will only present to you what you are ready to heal. It is the ego that stops you or halts you or causes you to feel fear about healing. It was an excellent venue for a workshop like this. I found the day very helpful even though I wasn’t sure what exactly I needed help with. I have always felt drawn to spiritual books, healing and connection and more recently have found great comfort in connecting with my inner being..I loved the initial individual healing (standing), setting our intentions and receiving our roses. Just beautiful! We had only just sat down and, as you were chatting away and we had our eyes closed, tears started to roll down my cheeks, for why I don’t know.. Possibly Joy at giving myself permission to take a day to myself, blessed to have come across your workshop, sadness, relief.. I can’t describe it. The structure of the day was great and I couldn’t believe it when it was time to go. I wasn’t too familiar with the various angels we were introduced to, but I found the meditations/visualisations fascinating and the card reading was really interesting. Lunch was delicious! That evening, when I went to visit my parents, it really felt like something had shifted for me and I had an increased sense of knowing/confidence/peace.
